Starbucks

I have bought the mystery cups from the location. I would like to return it due to the color is being duplicate with what I already had and the customer service refused to try the cups before selling it. The lady (customer service) up front rejected my return due to I have put the ice outside of the cup to test the color at home. She called that was “used item”. The straw was still in seal bag and the cup was never touch anyone’s lip. She was tried so hard being difficult and not let me to return the item. She said this is the store policy that I can’t not return an used item. I end up telling her I’ll reach out for help with consumer affair, she said go ahead. I’ll never buy anything from Starbucks again. And I will definitely reach consumer affair for help, although is only $9, I’ll still need to file the case due to I strongly feel been treat disrepectfully by Starbucks policy and I felt this policy is scamming the consumer and force people to keep something they don’t want. I’m not going to just let it go.
