Subway

I ordered from this location through Postmates. I paid extra for avocado slices and didn’t receive them and was also missing 4 other items on my sandwich. I was also missing chips with my order. When I called to let them know the employee said they couldn’t do anything about my missing items and there was no way to let me know ahead of time. That isn’t true, they could have told my postmate so I could have gotten an order I would have liked to pay for. I’ll be speaking to the manager on Sunday and I hope I can take this review down.

I ordered in the app, which didnt have all the options available to start with, then when I arrived the order wasn't done by the time the app told us it would be. I had 1 sandwich that was supposed to be toasted but when I pointed out that It hadn't been she told me they dont toast bread if it just came out. As it wasn't for me but for a worker packing my house I told her I still wanted it toasted as he requested. She continued to "explain" to me that they dont, ending in her begrudgingly agreeing to toast it, as she then drops it on the floor. The service was horrible. I had an app announcement about a b1g1 that they didnt honor. And last time I ordered from them again on the app they had completely mixed up every ingredient on my sandwiches. I figured last time every one has an off day so I'd give them a second chance but I won't give a 3rd.

The person who made the 3 sandwiches was quick and efficient, but was so skimpy on the toppings. She only put 3 slices of tomatoes on the sandwiches and when asked to put more on she added two for a total of 5. Even my daughter asked why so few toppings on her sandwich. I generally like Subway, but I won't go back to this one in particular. Thankfully we had a tomato and some pickles to add when I got home.

The food is always great here. The thing you need to be aware of is that there is not always enough employees to keep orders moving at a decent time. I went about 8pm and there was only one employee. There were 5 people infront of me and each person had waited around 10 minutes. Usually on a normal visit, my order takes about 5. This visit, my order took about 12 minutes.

The service was slow and terrible. The only thing okay about this location was the sub. I ordered my sub as meal so I got my drink and chips. There was no ice first of all, the girl had to bring me some ice from the back and poured it from a cup. Then to top it off, the soda machines weren’t working. I told the girl in charge, “then what am I supposed to drink?” And she replied with, “you can purchase a bottled drink!” My husband and I left very disappointed. This is the closest one to our house but instead, I’d rather drive another mile further, just to get better service. Ridiculous!
