Slurpies are completely watered down and everything is incorrectly priced, and when I brang it up to the lady she tries to tell me that I didn't look right so I asked her to show me she went and made a dumb- founded face she had no idea what product we were talking about. Got a drink and used my points to get a pizza and they scanned and said it sometimes doesnt go through, lost my 711 points and was told to go back the next day by 2 different people. Embarrassed and hungry in front of people. Never going back 711.

The store was empty and I had to look for someone to help. I wanted a cup for the slushie and they gave me the smallest cup they had and not only made me pay first but said it was the largest size when the display CLEARLY had bigger cups. The woman also rushed me as if she couldn't be bothered having to help. Not going there anymore

Try using a mobile app in there and the clerk tries to take your phone out of your hand without asking. He got angry with me when i pulled my phone away from him and told him no. Didn't ask, no please, just tried to grab my phone with no permission. What's with customer service these days?
