Juice smoothies still taste great but one family member didn't like their Cloud Matcha. Service today was kinda slow, understaffed at first. Otherwise, ok. Still my favorite drink stop, thanks

I’ve been to this Jamba Juice 2 times this week) the first time I ordered my drink and it took over 25 minutes for it to be made and the store wasn’t busy. TODAY, I go in and order the summer blackberry smoothie. It was a little busy today so I didn’t mind waiting. This time it took around the same time but my name wasn’t called, I had to go up and ask where my drink was just to be given two random drinks that claimed to be the summer black berry that clearly was not, not to mention I didn’t order 2 drinks. The workers had a very “I don’t want to be here” kind of vibe. And one of the girls kept talking to a friend who wasn’t even an employee that just hung out in the store while she worked and they talked.

First time customer. Cashier said I was entitled to a small watetmelon breeze with my large peach perfection.
Paid with a $20 gift card. Balance was $5.92.
Cashier said the free item only valid if I had the app. I gave the free $6.29 item to a family in the line. I left with a bitter taste in my mouth.

The drinks were great but everyone other than the training member that took my order was rude. I just asked which was which and the girl responded and looked annoyed already but due to the mask I couldn’t tell what she said so I asked again which she said and she just rolled her eyes and spoke up while 3 others just stared. I didn’t feel comfortable at all.

It was so good i wish i had gotten a 28oz onstead of just the 22oz.

This place has the best juices and smoothies ever. I really like this place because the customer service is outstanding. I have braces on and I have to go in here a couple times a month . I think that all the employees are very kind and go out of there way
