We ordered a pick up and the celery was dirty and seemed to be old. We also had items missing from the order like extra order of large tots.

Me and my family love this place. We get take out twice a week from the store across from Fresno State. Today we got Food from here and it wasn't as good as it usually is. I don't know what happened today but it certainly fell short of what we are use too. The place is nice, people here are great and the service is wonderful. Today they missed the mark on our food. This will not stop us from eating here though, every one deserves a bad day.

Worst wings I've ever had! If they knew to be that busy, don't do it!
I would think they cooked night before then microwaved next day. That's exactly what it tasted like.

Everything was horrible! I don't why people get so hyped about this place. The host didn't let us choose our own table when he let guests before and after us choose. It was 2pm so it wasn't busy but still...seriously🙄. The waitress got our orders wrong, it was a meal for two and yet still got it WRONG. Not only that, she never brought out one of our appetizer and still charged us for it. In the end, I just paid and left, saw it as a "farewell" never going there ever again charity.

I don't know what the deal is, but this place was great when they opened. Over time, it's just gone downhill! Food had definitely changed, wings were terrible (seemed microwaved) and they charge it seemed for everything extra that most places would just give you. Service is average at best. Whoever manages this place def needs to be aware. At this rate this place might close. Sad, but I'll stick to wingstop.

"20 minute wait" it was 35. Got seated, then they told us there was only 1 server working for the whole restaurant. She said be right with you and never came back. At least 7 employees standing around chatting the whole time doing nothing. Over an hour and no one took our order at we left. How is this place still in business?

Good food, our waiter was wonderful, had to wait 20 minutes to get seated even though there were over 15 tables empty

Servers working double time. Manager not present. Food is mediocre. 45 minutes after we paid the bill to receive the To Go portion of our meal, order at the same time we ordered original meal.
Will never return.Bar Manager unapologetic and out of his depth. Very disappointed.
