absolutely AWFUL people. avoid like the plague. i was only with them one month, and it was a disaster. they got me suspended in the first two weeks for not handing in a form which they had not told me to hand in, admittedly they sorted this out quickly but getting a TEXT from centrelink saying you are suspended is never a good way to start the day, especially on rent day. Then i got a great job trial and they decided they needed to ring me EVERY DAY and hassle me during the trial, even though I was trying to work, and when I put in my final form for the one remaining week of jobsearch allowance I found they had already deregistered me before I even told them I had the job!!. They never listen to a thing you say and will just make your life hell.
