Grill'd

Very unhappy looking staff with not the best customer service. Waitress leaned across my friend at the table to hand me my foot instead of walking around to my side of the table. Food was nice & came out quick & hot which was great, although it was hard to enjoy as there were so many little fruit flies / bugs flying around the restaurant

For the 4th time I have ordered Simply Grill'd Burger with sauce on the side. I don't like too much sauce. And for the 4th time, in a row, sauce on the side and also in the burger!!!! Can it really be that hard?????? Sorry but 4 times is way too many. It's a pity. I like your burgers. I just can't get them they way I would like.

Went for a late burger and asked for the wagyu burger extra patty and one beer. After 15 min (good timing) I receive the burger with only one patty and I point the fact that one is missing ( it can happen) the waitress walks in and after a minute comes back with the second patty. I look at it and I’m like, this is not wagyu and they try tell me that it is ( casually the patty was already cooked), I point out the fact that I am a chef and I studied in Italy and I know how to recognise a simple beef burger from a wagyu one and they admit that they got confused and made me another one. After another 15 minutes of wait, I get my burger, and they were both with normal beef no wagyu. I didn’t even complain because I could notice that they didn’t care that much, I ate and I left.

first stepped into the place and immediately regretted my decision, people there were horribly rude including the staff. music was too loud and lights were too dim, it was impossible to hear and very hard to see. not an atmosphere you’d like to be around for a nice dinner. i then needed to go to the bathroom, which took me atleast 10 mins to get the key for, and once i finally found it i saw the disgusting bathroom. no toilet paper in sight, the floor was wet with old used toilet paper from previous people using it and the lock didnt shut properly. last thing to report is the walk to the bathroom, isnt illuminated at all. it feels unsafe and it is not inviting at all. do better grill’d i know you’re capable. left without purchasing a thing.
