Avis sur Pizza Hut

To the manager working at this Pizza Hut location the evening of 3/31/22. Thank you for letting me know that you will be the manager on duty in the morning as well. I will be sure to find out who the store owner is and handle things that way. I certainly did not appreciate your attitude when I called and questioned getting a cold delivery and not the complimentary beverage I was told I would get. I gave you my address when I called back to find out why my order had not shown up yet. It's on you for thinking I was somebody else and gave me incorrect information. If you don't have the staff to offer proper delivery service, then do like the other businesses in town do and don't offer the service when they can't staff it properly. I would also like to thank you for letting me know that an hour and a half wait for a cold delivery is a common practice at this Pizza Hut. I will now know not to order delivery from here. Also, this was supposed to be a contactless delivery, so there's no reason the driver ever should have been blowing up my phone in the first place.

My family and I arrived at the restaurant and were told to sit wherever we wanted. After 15-20 minutes of sitting in our booth with no server even coming up to our table since our arrival we decided to walk out. If they were busy i could totally understand having to wait a bit before talking to someone but there was only 4 tables total occupied at that time including ours. To top everything off a family came in about 5 minutes after ours and were greeted by their waitress within 5 minutes of their arrival. I will not be returning to this restaurant in the future, lord knows there is plenty of other places to get pizzas in Freeport!

I placed an order to be picked up at 6:15pm. I arrived at the window at 6:15pm and was told it needed a couple of minutes to pull ahead to waiting spot 1. After waiting nearly 15 minutes, I called the restaurant and after being put on hold was told it would be an additional 10 minutes or so. I asked why since I placed my order at 4:27pm for pickup at 6:15, I was told there was an issue with the pasta and a mix up with my order. I told to cancel my order and refund my money. I order via on line and have never had an issue or a total lack of customer service.

Been ordering from Pizza Hut for a very long time. Spoke to a manager today about my order. Spent $70 on two pizzas, and dessert. She tells me their pizza is cooked fresh. This definitely look very old. All the pizza was old. They also have a very nasty attitude. I simply asked her to make the pizza fresh from now on and she said it was fresh. Smh. Fast food workers that don’t care about their job will make an organization like Pizza Hut lose good customers. My kids love pizza. I need to find a new pizza place for them to eat from. Manager name was Bre. I think she was lying about her name. She was very rude, disinterested in what I had to say. We will not be ordering from them again. If we do order, and the pizza is old. They’ll have to come pick it back up and issue a refund.

The pizza arrived quickly and was hot and yummy. Our delivery girl was very sweet. However, the 2-liter Pepsi was not included and our girl had to run back to the store to get it. Also, there did not appear to be as much sauce with breadsticks....we usually have enough to use with leftovers and it was gone.

6/2019 Their Bone-In Wings have become the best in town! The mild buffalo is perfect buffalo flavor without being hot. AND...for 'to go' orders, the Wings Street "Dome", we'll call it, is Ingenious!! The Perfect container for wings! You can shake it up to redistribute the sauce! Would like it if they'd take the time to cut the Chocolate Chip Cookie evenly. . Went in for dinner, had 2 Med Pizza special and special price for a family of sticks that night.... so def a good deal! Tasted amazing! Havent been here in awhile and so glad we came back again. Delicious meal and friendly service!!
