The food was phenomenal! I ordered take out. Got the combo which included chicken, fries, and salad. The chicken was fresh and crispy. I also got a huge order of calamari which was cooked to perfection! The green aji sauce at this place is spicy and has a nice consistency to it! The staff was nice and service was quick. Definitely will be stopping by again to try more dishes! I love a good place with authentic Peruvian food, this place hits the spot. Only thing I might add is they are a tad bit pricey compared to other Peruvian restaurants but I’ll support this business! Highly recommend.

Bangin! I just did a little dance in my kitchen as I took a bite out of my 1st Chicken Empanada. I was turned away earlier at a different place in Rockville Centre because they didn't want to serve me late. The super friendly ladies assured me they would still hook us up with dinner. Arroz, Pollo, tostones, empanadas (chicken and beef), frijoles...even a piece of flan. Thank You guys for making my night and my wife's night! Great Food. Great Service.

I used to hate eating here even though I liked the food .... but today 8/30/2020 was different.... I don’t know what happened during Covid but I really appreciated it... First off, the food here is terrific... it is why I always come back even though I thought the service was horrible... BUT I WAS SO PLEASANTLY SURPRISED TONIGHT! I used to get such a fight over the pettiest things here... like asking for a cup of water, or more delicious green and garlic sauce...before every request was met with an eye roll and resistance but tonight everyone was so accommodating and really great. I don’t know what changed but I am so happy it did... the server even suggested that we take sauce home!! Lol my wife and I literally looked at each other in disbelief! Thank you to everyone that worked tonight and made it a great night.

Chévere was amazing! The new management was friendly and helpful. Our waitress was very kind and attentive. The food came out quickly. It was delicious! I switched out the rice for a salad in the steak with onions meal. The steak was cooked to perfection while still being tender. The homemade flan was the perfect ending. The homemade juice was just the right amount of sweetness. I would definitely come back again.

Great service reasonably priced for GREAT portion & highly recommend the shrimp with garlic sauce ! It was served with rice & plantains delicious. Clean place waiter was helpful & easy to get along with. Parking in the back was helpful & I needed handicap parking.All in ALL GREAT TIME WITH MY FAMILY.
