Avis sur Ruby Tuesday

I usually don't write reviews for places. But, I feel for this place is needed. My family and I were fairly hungry and wanted to sit down at a restaurant. We were at the mall and we figured let's stop by. First sign of trouble was it was around dinner time and it barely had anyone. Second, no host/hostess. We eventually had a waiter sit us down. From there we waited 20 minutes with no one to come to us to ask for drinks. There was another party that sat down after we came and they had order there food while we just seemingly stared into the abyss. We had it and we left.

Food and prices are ok. But the picture is what the place looked like an more than 2 hours before closing. Floor was disgusting and only cleaning taking place was not anywhere near where the customers are. Serve was very friendly at the very least. But hard to think of eating when the place looks this dirty.

Very delicious food! The salad bar is kept fresh, and the restaurant is always clean! The service is friendly and quite helpful, and accomodations, for the elderly and/or mentally/physically disabled people, are easily made with hardly a fuss. The bar has a good variety of drafts. Overall, with a pleasant atmosphere and great location (conveniently in Freehold Raceway Mall), it's a great place for families dining out, or friends getting a beer together!

I usually only review when I have a positive experience, HOWEVER, my visit there was so TERRIBLE, I just have to share. We were sat within yelling distance from the bar, which was not far enough away from the raunchy conversation that was taking place. I was able to have handled that for sometime, HOWEVER, the food took over an hour. BTW, there was plenty of empty tables, so I would by no means consider it busy. The manager visited the table next to us, who sat after and received food before us but had nothing to say to our table. Our waiter did come back around the 45 minute mark..said sorry, the food will be right out...well 20 minutes later, our food was served....cold. In fairness, 1 out of 4 dinners were hot. By the time he came back, we all just wanted to leave...we asked for check and I waited for my guest to exit into mall while I waited for "anyone" to come back to table so I can at least voice my displeasure...after 5 minutes of sitting by myself and still no server I finally left. So disappointed in so many ways. I will not be eating at ANY Tuesday's again. Honestly, the worst experience I have had eating dinner out since I have been married 15 years ago. Ironically, we made a memory that will last a lifetime. "Remember that time we went to Tuesday's......."

I think the Ruby Tuesday has been here since Freehold Raceway Mall opened, if not shortly after. This has always been a great place to come for a decent meal at a fair price. The food quality is consistent and the staff is friendly. The recently revamped salad bar is a great addition with many new items. It can easily be a meal in itself for a great price. (Around $8 I think)

We waited 15 min without someone coming to wait on us. Only when my husband went to Find someone did we get a waitress. She was Rude and loud on top. The food was a bit salty. My son’s burger that I ordered well done came medium! He didn’t finish it. As I mentioned it to the waitress when we asked for the bill Her comment was : Ok !! With an attitude and left !!!! Never have I ever seen such rude behavior from a waitress. The bathroom was a disgusting disaster on top. The manager was the only good thing about the place. I spoke to her to let her know about the horrible experience. And refused to give her any information to try and make it up to us, that was not the reason why I asked to speak to her. We left determined never to go back !! Will never ever recommend it.
