Mcdonald's

I use their application, and i get 2 quarter pounders with cheese with one order for the amount for buying the one quarter pounder thru the application. and then i get 2 large drinks for 2 dollars with another order and use the application to get a free medium french fri. lol anyone not trying to learn how phones work and acting like applications are too much to learn are dumb and literally letting money fall out of there hands. recommend everyone use the app for these kinds of things.

Very clean and organized. Respectful staff and understanding. Bathrooms are very clean. Food is as fresh as McDonald's allows it to be. The kiosk works great ! Simple and fast to order. Fast drive threw ( as busy as it is ) they do the best they can . Also ice cream machines aren't broken lol . Soda don't taste like sink water like some other franchises. Yall are doing great ! Thank you for being kind !

I had DoorDash orders through here all weekend, most went as smooth as could be. However, the final one occurred right about 9pm. When I went to enter the lobby, it was closed, no big deal, to the drive thru I go. This is where issues began. I finally get to window after about 20 minutes and the employee tells me someone else had just taken my order, odd, but another employee steps in and confirms this but offers to remake meal so I give them my phone to re-enter items and they then ask me to pull up to 3rd window. Cool, mistakes are made but it seems they are taking care of it....a good 25 minutes later, another employee comes to the window asking what I was waiting for. I explained situation and they say since someone else picked it up, there is nothing they can do. I had to 'unassign' that run and then deliver food from first part of this order about an hour after I first picked it up. If there is nothing that can be done in such a situation, say so, don't waste an extra half hour of mine and my customers time. This was my first and only experience picking up a DoorDash order via the drive thru and it was disappointing, however, every other order via the lobby has gone very well and the employees have been very helpful.

Where did the ketchup pumps go? We didn't see any in the afternoon on 8/18/22. We got ketchup from the very good & friendly cashier, so it's not a huge deal. My hungry preschooler likes to use nuggets as a vehicle for spooning ketchup into his mouth at least 2x before eating bites of nug, if it were up to him ketchup would be a legit course of meals, served like a pudding cup... He simply wanted access to ketchup faster than I could open packets and as much as that's a me-problem, this is my chance to suggest that there should be a self-service ketchup access point in the dining area at all times.
