Compliments to the staff. The wait staff was friendly and cheerful. The kitchen staff was on top of their game and the food was good. Obviously the management is taking care of their people (and if they're not, shame on them) for the staff to maintain such positive attitudes during such a difficult time.

Couldn't be bothered to seat us, or feed us. Took our business elsewhere.
Stood at the hostess stand until someone behind me asked the pick up person, "do we seat ourselves?" Was motioned towards the bar area.
Sat in the bar area tables for about 5 minutes. No greeting. No server. The restaurant was mostly empty but the bar tender looked us over, then avoided eye contact.
Shame, really wanted some wings.

My husband and I usually go for lunch and self sit near the bar area. Molly has been our server and she’s very friendly. Our order came out accurate each time. Food was great.

Went @ 1pm on a Saturday it took 20 minutes to receive our drinks, bartender went MIA for a while and the service was horrible. We sat right by the POS system and we had to ask him numerous times if we could order because he never checked up on us. Management was also no where to be found. Food was great though, it's sad because the service here use to be amazing.

We were so excited to eat some wings this evening. We got there, waited 15 minutes without evening being acknowledged, so we left. Before leaving I walked around the restaurant thinking maybe they were just very busy….. there were 3 tables there. I counted AT LEAST 3 employees working the floor. Couldn’t even acknowledge us? There was a 2nd party waiting behind us who also did not get any attention in the time we were there. This place used to be wonderful with their service. Very sad but we will not be back unless they can step it up!

This place used to be amazing. Service was fast, place was clean, atmosphere was amazing. It’s completely changed :(. This is the slowest service I have ever gotten at any restaurant in any location in my life. Extremely disappointed. Also found hair in my ranch 😑. It’s really sad that this place has gone downhill. I know they can get the service back where it used to be it’ll just take time.

Food was OK. Server was terrific. My problem was with the host who seated us. My brother is disabled and walks with a walker so it takes him some time to maneuver over throw rugs and such. The host took off and was out of site in a flash without regard for my brother's disability. I brought this to his attention and his response was a flippant "Ok". No apology whatsoever. After our meal the manager on duty came to our table and I explained my concern. He stood their with his hands in his pockets. The look on his face was complete disinterest which matched his body posture. I'm only 49 for heavens sake. Has the younger generation gotten that disrespectful?

I ordered a combo of wings with fries to go and it took 50 min total which is just nuts for a single order of fried food. Then it came out wrong. I ordered traditional and they gave me boneless. I went back in and returned it and about 5 minutes later I got the right ones but when I got to the car I saw they forgot the carrots/celery and ranch and had to go back in yet again. This experience is not unique, it happens almost every time I get take out here. The others waiting in line were saying the same thing. When I got home to eat, it was all cold so I had to use the air fryer to warm it up. Very disappointing:(
