Waited for someone to acknowledge me for 15 minutes for a pick up order, watched the girl working the register ignore another customer for minutes, when I finally was acknowledged and it turned out my order was not in the pick up area as I was told it would be in the app I attempted to raise my concern over being totally ignored for 15 minutes and the cashier talked back to me and acted like it was my fault no one could be bothered to ask if I need help. Absolutely trash service from workers who clearly dont care. Go to the starbucks on 26 they always ask you if you need help immediately and always have your orders in the correct pick up area.

The best Starbucks I've been to. It's a very popular hangout for the local college crowd as well as older work-from-home types. They consistently get my order right and I've never met a barista here that wasn't pleasant; many of them will remember and greet regulars when you walk in :)

It was close to closing time the staff was friendly and helpful but the coffee was lukewarm at best It was the worst Starbucks coffee I have ever gotten They get 3 stars instead of one Because of the staff

This company is so over rated. Their prices have gotten out of control but these wealthy people hooked on the caffeine keep buying it but it makes it hard on people who don't have all the money to spend on a coffee

Same pricey coffee, but when in rush you can mobile order. Would have preferred Frederick Coffee.

I would have rated 4/5 but everytime one employee in particular makes my coffee, it's spot on, hooah.
The other employees always give me this type of coffee but not iced enough. Maybe the person makes it good (Emily) does one thing different, which is add the ice first and then the liquid and even does the tiniest detail, shakes the beverage around. It's the little things that make an experience. The only neg I have is the cashier didn't know what eye contact meant. Couldn't look me in the eye while I was ordering, but no big deal.

Horrible experience today. Waited 5 minutes while the young girl in front of me was on her cell phone taking orders for someone who couldn't make up their mind all over wanting "6 sugars" in their black coffee. My order was "put aside" with the mobile orders meanwhile 3 customers behind me received their orders. When I asked if she was making my order all she said was "Oh I set it over here"..no apologies. All of the employees present were rude. I will never, I repeat never enter this establishment again.
