First of all the lady acted inconvenienced by taking my order. Then proceeded to ring me up for my drink and chips separately Which resulted in my bill being a little bit more expensive, and when it was brought to her attention basically ignored me.

All around no. If you pick a sauce they put so much on that your bread ends up being soaked and falls apart. On another ocassion someone was back there making their own sub and didn't even work there, was just a friend of the workers. This place use to be amazing but ever since new management a few years ago, it's gone downhill a ton. I've given it a lot of chances and disappointed every time. I'm sure it isn't all the workers, but they need to pay more attention to how things are being run.

Need to have more than one person working. They were out of several items, and have been the few times we have been in. The staff also could use a retraining. I hate when they use a dirty knife to close a sandwich.

Food was what you expect. The problem is with the staff. They rush you even when there is no one else that needs help. It's like hurry hurry and hurry. They are all very short with you and just want you out of their way like they don't have time to wait on you and your interruption is not apprecated.

The store is outdated. They don't have a working scanner for subway pay (that scans bardcodes for subway gift cards on the mobile app). They run out of a lot of their ingredients throughout the day. They've run out of red sauce, meatballs, and banana peppers before. Quality is okay, but they lack a lot of the amenities if more up to date subways

Ordered online and when I got there the food wasn't ready. They had k8st the receipt and used my phone to make the subs. The food was 10 mins late and they didnt even offer use a drink for our wait
