Panera Bread

We use Panera for Lunch sometimes for our office. When we order we didn't get the beverages we ordered with our lunch. When we told the delivery girl she ignored us and said ok and walked out and never came back with our beverages. When calling Panera they said "oh sorry you'll have to call door dash and get a refund". This is absurd! Maybe don't do business with outside delivery services if they cannot be competent in delivery everything that was paid for. It really makes Panera look bad to associate with them. Maybe Panera should hire their own delivery people in the future...

My high schooler has been to Panera Bread in franklin Ma, multiple times going for job interviews and the only thing that kept happen was them telling him to come back multiple days..... It's very frustrating when you have a high school student from Bellingham high trying to get his foot in the door and trying to be independent and get some kind of employment.. This particular Panera Bread is very unorganized and it was a huge inconvenience for us driving back and forth with no real answers my son's time is just as valuable as your....We will not be going to this place ever again....

So, I've obviously ate here many times, but not in a few years. I previously boycotted them back when they were advertising "all natural" ingredients while using hydrogenated oils in many of their products, which is not a "natural" ingredient. Since they have since dropped that marketing, i wished to try them agian. I ordered the half sandwich and cup of soup. The soup was a creamy squash soup..very flavorful, but extremely salty. The sandwich was the Mediterranean veggie. I subbed in the ciabatta, and found it very chewy, but the overall sandwich flavors were good. The efficiency and speed is goos, but I'd gladly wait longer if the final product would be better. Later, i had a coffee and a tried a couple baked goods. The coffee is decent, but could've been hotter. The cinnamon coffee cake was very very dry, and dense, bordering on tough. It was not enjoyable. The warm freshly baked chocolate chip cookie was cooked well, but it had too many chocolate chips, and was nearly half chocolate. Some people may like this, but the result was that the cookie was way too sweet. Regarding ambience, the vibration on the devices are so strong that it makes a most unpleasant noise when it goes off. In addition, there was the occasional "Carol!", that was yelled out by the staff to get a customer's attention. I wish there were more quality bakery/cafés in the area, because it just seems that the attention to detail is almost completely gone now that they do such massive business and have so much profit. Sad... success breeds complacency, and I'm afraid that this feedback will likely fall on deaf ears. Support local businesses when you can, or else you'll be left with dry coffee cake! 🤪
