Dunkin'

The three employees behind the counter were arguing loud about something and apparently I was the inconsiderate one who interrupted their heated conversation by patiently and quietly waiting in front of the counter. The guy was like "uggh fine what do you want" and then went back to arguing with his coworkers while making my coffee. They were so into their argument that they almost messed up my order... Coffee was alright, consistent with other DD shops. If it's still the same team working in this location then I'm never ever going here again. I'm no expert in food serving industry but am pretty sure this is not normal.

Worse place to have coffe very bad experience there is very rude employee there . Someone made mistake on my coffe I went back there to exchange , I was trying to explain to her she didn’t listen and it look like she didn’t believe my coffe had another taste she said that couldn’t get the coffee back .rude people should not work behind the counters

My review is based on the past two days.This is the only Dunkins that seems to mess up my iced coffee.Yesterday the coffee itself taste horrible.A bad burnt taste to it.Today my coffee had so much sugar in it when I’d requested none.The wait time for my order was quick both times.I ordered coffee and breakfast sandwiches and a bagel with cream cheese.Yesterday my bagel with cream cheese was cold and chewy.Today the food was hot and fresh.Ill probably go back but next time I’m tasting my coffee before I leave.
