We go to this vida caffe every Sunday for the last year or so. Coffee is great, staff are great and decent seating area is fine. Good food to.

Teller is always rude and unfriendly when I go there. He is not doing us a favour taking our orders. Coffee and food is great but sadly that makes it an unpleasant experience

Decent coffee. The staff are quite pleasant. The food isn't good & I wouldn't recommend eating here. Just have the coffee. The sitting area is uncomfortable

Loved that berry smoothie, had two of them, was disappointed because I asked the cashier for a chocolate chip muffin and he says you guys don't have any, then pointed him to this one in the picture, which is as good as a chocolate chip muffin!

Best coffee and tasty snacks . Their savoury quattro muffin is amazing. And their toasted sandwiches are also great. If you want to stop for a relaxed drink with a snack and a paper this is the spot

Quick service & yummy coffee. Also, free chocolate when you buy a hot beverage. It's also an opened out place with lovely seatings. A great place to post on your blog or relax from work.

I must admit, my mindset when going to a Vida e is always positive considering its right up there in my top 5 coffees in SA.<br/>The concept of self order is synonymous with Vida and the vibrant and loud interaction with the staff is standard.<br/>If you are lucky to have a good barista, then you will have an awesome coffee, and luckily I have only ever struck out with a vida barista about 4 times in all the years.<br/>My first time at this branch and if I'm in the area and have time I'll be back.<br/>No take-away coffees for me, I prefer mine in a glass, sitting down and savoring the moment.<br/>OBRIGADO VIDA e<br/>My rating is for coffee only<br/>I cannot comment on the food at all, so please consider this if you are blown away with such a high rating

LOVE the staff at this branch. Always friendly and they get to know you and your order as a regular. Usually happy with my coffee but depends who has made it. For the amount of times I've gone to this branch the experience has been good 8/10 times. Only gripe is that they have changed the brand of their soy milk (temporarily) and I'm not a fan. Hope they go back to Alpro soon!

Stopped by here today whilst shopping and had their chocolate frio, which is blended with ice - perfect for a hot summer day. We added a shot of espresso for an extra 5 bucks and created a cafe mocha type iced coffee.

Oh I really can't stand this coffee! Roasted beans that have been over dark roasted. When I asked the barista how long they keep those coffee grinds in the doser, she told me up to 1 hour. I mean the fact that these guys can't even make sure the beans are ground on demand kills me.

Been there twice for a cup of coffee while shopping. The service is friendly and fast, good coffee, comfortable seating and good wifi too. Has become a favorite for me.

I love the fresh coffee from Vida. It is always fresh and tasty. If you are looking for a great cup of coffee to accompany you while you browse the stores I would highly recommend them! There seating area isn't great. They definitely are focused on the 'on the go' customers. They do however offer a few selection of nibbles if you are peckish. They provide great service here! The staff and friendly and enthusiastic.

My first encounter of Vida e Caffe involved their Lindt chocolate frio. I love dark chocolate and it proved to be a delicious and decadent drink! My favourite meal-on-the-go is their honey bran muffin or the butternut and goat's cheese wrap. Both are delicious and fairly healthy when compared with the other fast food fare that is available. I usually visit these bustling coffee shops when at the airport or while shopping at Design Quarter. The first time I visited Vida e Caffe was for a brainstorming session, be warned - this isn't your typical laidback coffee shop. The small venues make a huge noise, with whirring blenders and whizzing grinding machines, and the staff's signature boon of 'Obrigado!' when an item is delivered. The staff is very animated and friendly, and service is prompt.
