Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

This is the SECOND TIME ORDERING FOOD FROM THIS ESTABLISHMENT AND I DID NOT GET ALL OF MY ORDER ! The first time The worker there did not give me my sandwich and drink !! I got the rest except those. Told me I should come down to get it AFTER I PAID TO HAVE IT DELIVERED TO ME! I was upset but I let it slide. Now I’m in bed not feeling well, my vehicle is down and I have to feed my kids, and Of course what do they want ?? Popeyes, against my better judgment, I decided to order it online. Another worker made my order wrong again !!!! Why would I pay $24.89 for 6 wings 2 sandwiches and fries??! I’m supposed to get 12 wings NOT 6 !! My total was $32.22 . Called them, told them about the issue and they are gonna tell me there is Nothing they can do about it because the worker they have there, made my order wrong. Instead tells me to come down to their location to get it!! I’m unwell and in bed, which is why I ordered it AND PAID FOR DELIVERY!! Even paid extra for sauces and did not even get that !! I asked politely, mind you, to speak to a manager and the girl that answers tells me, there is Nothing she or the manager can do about it. I again ask can I speak to a manager and she proceeds to hang up the phone on me. I call back immediately so I know they know it’s me and they are now refusing to pick up the phn ! It’s now 6:08 pm so I know they are open. Tried again And now it is not going through at all as though they blocked my call!! I want my money back or give me my order! Now my children have to try to split this all cause I can’t let one go hungry while the others eat. Seriously Popeyes! I will NEVER BE ORDERING FROM THIS ESTABLISHMENT AGAIN IF THIS IS HOW THEY TREAT CUSTOMERS.
