Taco Bell

Used the app, it was fast and accurate and the staff were very friendly. While the pandemic has trained us to use the drive thru, I have made the switch to jumping out and running inside to pick up the order. Someone just happened to run inside, and complete their order ahead of me; they were unusually slow. While standing there, I noticed that my order and drink were already bagged, ready to go next to a sign that said mobile pickup. The lady noticed me, said 'David'? I said, 'Yes", she offered me the bag!! Boom!!! I was gone while the cars out in the drive thru were still wrapped around the building. Great experience!! 👍 Updated 8/24/23: Still great !!

I went right before closing for just some free water most places seem to be annoyed when you just want water with out food, but the lady working last night I believe her name was Quay. My apologies if I’m miss spelling her name but her level of customer service is above and beyond what you hope for at any food place

Stopped in at this Taco Bell twice on back to back days for quick grab and go meal while in downtown Ft Worh. First order was drive thru around 9pm…got one of the chicken burrito cantina boxes, drive thru device was quick but seemed like they missed my chips for the nachos. Not a huge fan of the seasoning on the cantina chicken burrito but ok. Second order, dined in…restaurant was clean, service and food was quick. Ordered their chicken power bowl (replaces their tostada salad bowls they used to offer). $6.99 good option with Chicken, Spanish rice (forgot they had a rice option), black beans, lettuce, guacamole. Added some mild sauce for a little added flavor. Overall good flavor mix. Good sized portion, would order that option again. Only negative was two of their fountain drink options were not available. Would go back, food prep very quick. Restaraunt and restroom very clean👍

My food's temperature was hot. I guess that's why it tastes so good...lol. It was a little difficult to manage and maneuver my online order but the Management on duty stepped in and manually entered in my request. I was in a Sprinter Limousine, so I could not fit in the drive thru. I am grateful for him because I hadn't eaten all day. Too busy working 💪 Nevertheless, Awesomesauce 💘

We were visiting from Dallas for the day and decided to grab a bite here before heading back. We ordered through the app and got exactly what we ordered (a pleasant surprise, considering this is not the usual experience we have had at most Taco Bells that we’ve been to). Everything came out extremely fresh, and the person who prepared the food was very generous with the cheese and other fixings. My wife and I will certainly stop by next time we’re in the area!
