Rio Mambo

I never expect much with Tex-Mex Restaurants when it comes to food, but let me tell you I was pleasantly surprised with how everything tasted. Good food, great service, and even better atmosphere. Sitting outside was absolutely amazing, and our server was amazing.Definitely will be coming back time and time again and bringing anyone who visits from out of town there. The place is sure to impress!

I have been dining at Rio Mambo in City Center for many years. My server is almost always Ramiro, because I usually meet my parents and they insist he be our server. He is family now to us gringos!! He is courteous, very pleasant, attentive, and always hustling. He makes our dining experience superb!!! Rick Yoder

Visiting the area from Houston and decided to give this restaurant a try. We were beyond happy. The food is delicious. The environment is relaxed and comfortable. Our waiter was amazing. Very polite and attentive. We found out that it was his first day and we were his first customers. His service was easily 5 stars. If the rest of the staff is as good as him, this restaurant should stay in business for eternity. Looking at the receipt, the waiter is Gustavo T. My husband and I are “foodies” and we recommend Rio Mambo. If we could give more than 5 stars we would. Ask for Gustavo!

Great experience as always, only docked a star as the beer was warm, not sure if the cooler was down or they were just recently stocked. Server was extremely friendly and kept the chips and salsa coming, frozen beach daiquiri was amazing. Great little spot at a booth in the bar section. Will continue to come here although it looks like it's due for a remodel in the future.

My son chose this restaurant for his birthday and he did WELL. Another reason to love him lol. We LOVE Mexican food and had never tried here but time we walked in we knew right away we had walked into somewhere special. The hostess that greeted us was enthusiastic and I wish I remembered our server's name but she was such an asset to the company and made us feel really like we were right at home. AMAZING service. The food was as it looks on the pictures. SCRUMPTIOUS! My son and I had to stop each other from looking like hillbillies scarfing down our food like the last meal smh. Can't wait to go back.

Saturday lunch date on 6/24 and had never been here before. I absolutely loved everything here. I will say, walking in, it did smell like fish...for a min I thought I was at a sushi place. Service was outstanding! Tried the margarita flight and they were pretty good but nothing outstanding. Salsa was fresh and delicious. Spinach enchiladas were delicious and the chicken quesadilla was huge. All in all a good restaurant. Will def be back.
