West Side Cafe

This place runs like a well oiled and very happy machine. All the staff seem to love working together and love their jobs. The positive energy there is contagious. Can't say enough good things about them all, especially Maria. She has been there 22 years and loves what she does, and all the customers. I actually hugged her when I left because I was not having a great day, but just her caring and happy attitude made my day better. Thanks to the great people at West Side Cafe for the great service to all your customers.

It's a dinner , and great dinner to go to . Good food and the bathroom was remodeled and new flooring . But bottom line great service good food and plenty of it. Prices are decent. If you were in the military or still are go. If you like planes they have pictures of different planes all over. The place is packed with people for a reason ( good food & service)

Feeling the Fort Worth today. Lunch time finds me at West Side Café. If the parking lot's packed, worry not. Plenty of seating is available. (Mobile phone just rang in the booth behind me. Ringtone: US Marine hymn.) Enjoying liver, onions, brown gravy, okra, and squash casserole. The coffee is so fresh and there may be dessert. When I want down-home cookin' , this is my go-to. Authentic as it gets. There are no Yankee vegetables as sides, but you'd adapt; ...and for dessert, banana puddin' with more coffee.

We are pretty new to the area and looked up a place that was said to be good for breakfast. West Side Cafe came up and we decided to give it a try. In a word - Excellent!!! The food is terrific. The service is great. The atmosphere is beyond comfortable. This is a standard country diner, and it makes you feel welcome and satisfied from the moment you enter. The breakfast choices we delicious-from biscuits and gravy, to pancakes, and great piping hot coffee. We thoroughly enjoyed the food and experience, and are already making plans to see how their dinner selections delight the tummy. We highly recommend West Side Cafe on Camp Bowie Blvd. it’s wonderful.

We have been coming to West End since we moved here. It has a homestyle feel that we miss so much coming from our hometown. The service is fantastic, the food is good, the atmosphere is awesome, and you’re treated like family when you come in. I haven’t written a google review until now because I saw something that surprised me in the best of ways. A family came in that didn’t speak English what so ever. They moved around their entire seating chart to accommodate them and have a Spanish speaking server take care of them. The family was so thankful and they were made to feel welcome. To me, this is above and beyond. This deserves a 5 star review.

Best home cooking country style food in town! Hands Down! I've never given a 5 🌟 review all the down the chart BUT the restaurant and the staff truly deserve it. Chicken Fried steak is to die for❤️ & the flavor of the mozzarella sticks is amazing. I recommend if you have not tried this place, get out here to Camp Bowie W in Fort Worth and give them a try. Worth every $ spent. Don't leave without trying the delicious desserts. There are plenty of different pies to try from. Sorry about the picture, we were too busy indulging in the taste that I forgot to post before eating.😋

First let me talk about “Kameron”! He is absolutely the BEST server, I have had in a long time! His personality is so bubbly, and welcoming, yet warm and charming. Now to the food. The menu consist of a country style type of meals, -Southern Comfort Food, and I’m pleased to say, it still tastes good and pleasing to the tummy, even after Covid. I HIGHLY recommend eating here❗️ The only con I have, is that the restaurant does need remolding. It’s an older building, and it’s definitely time.

This place came highly recommended and it was packed. I will say this is some of the best breakfast food I’ve had. Everything tasted fresh and was full of flavor. Highly recommend the country fried steak, and their hash browns. The staff was so polite and kind. I honestly can’t believe I hadn’t heard of this place sooner and tried it sooner than I did.
