Kfc

I was going to call in and complain but the guy didn't give me a receipt. This was my second time to give this location a chance because I enjoy KFC's food. I ordered a 2 piece dinner original recipe. What I received was awful. The chicken obviously was very old and tasted awful! Let me say that I was busy running around getting things ready for a funeral. Took the time to grab something that I enjoyed and it just added to the day!! Talk about lack of care for customers and their jobs. If you want great KFC food go the the one in New Haven!

We had the chicken tenders & fried chicken combo bucket. 3 sides, with biscuits included. Our chicken was perfectly cooked & very tasty. The side dishes of green beans, mashed potatoes with gravy& mac n cheese were very yummy as well! I ordered ahead & our food was ready on time. The employee who took my order was friendly, helpful & efficient! A great meal & great value! 👍😋😀💜🍗🥔

This place looks abandoned. I love KFC but this place looks horrible: dirty building, trash all over the drive-thru order machine, huge wholes in the parking lot. This is so brand damaging for KFC and I do not know how they allow this to happen. If you use this location, please like this comment so they can see that this is a common sense situation. I will take pictures next time to upload here.

I never had a bad experience by coming here and getting food in all the years I've been coming here and I've been coming here for many many years just say maybe 20 years and it took them forever to even ask me for my order when I stood in that store having a conversation with someone right at the counter but they came and served everybody else that was already there and then people that came after me I just sit back and watch them they took their sweet time as well so I had to actually call them over to say hey here I am can I order and it was actually the one that was over in the Drive-Thru window with the headset on when she finally came over to me when it wasn't even her job to do it when they had someone to already work the counter and I seen people come in there and wait after me for a long time and leave because they took too long I'm talking about waiting their 10 minutes and they didn't even address them and knew they were in the store because they have an alarm and cameras and I stood there for 30-40 minutes before I got my order and then when I finally got my order when they act like they didn't talk but just among themselves they mess up the order and I have to come back in and left out my soda that came with the meal and then I had to wait about another 5 minutes for that it's ridiculous I would say if you go hear let them know hurry up with my order I'm not going to wait half an hour or so like y'all usually do or don't go here at all because it was messed up if you don't want to do your job quit your job ain't nobody making you do a job this is not slavery okay you pick your job's a job does not pick you you do not live in China or Russia somewhere or North Korea so you have a choice here it's called America with American values and if you don't like it you can go find somewhere else to be your don't work at all we don't care cuz the world in the stress of the Americas going to go on without you and the manager should know better really should this is just shameful so I shame you all right here in public of the world get your stuff together before you won't have a business to worry about so sad this is that you hold people hostage for your half baked chicken and biscuits you better get a grip before people really start the dip

Very unprofessional service I got cussed out for ordering more biscuits. The fries were old tasting and dry the chicken was not up to par,, I haven't been to this one on Coventry in a while because of the quality of food and service is poor. Spoke to a manager I hope he handles it. I doubt they can fix the food but I was rush.
