Arby's

This Arby's is always randomly closed early starting anywhere from 4-7pm. Update your hours. EDIT: LMAOOOOO calling ahead to a drive-thru... yeah lemme just plug in my rotary phone and check my sundial. Bruh, I hit the drive-thru because I hate people, not because I love getting colon cancer from your roast beef.

Drive-thru — I ordered a beef and cheddar and asked to ‘substitute’ swiss cheese instead of the cheddar which I’ve done a ton of times and there has never been an extra charge to do this. I mentioned to the person at the drive-thru window that the amount he was charging me sounded too high. He started arguing and yelling at me about the extra charge for the swiss cheese. The person next to him also started yelling at me. He slammed the window shut really hard and started yelling over to someone I assume was a manager. The manager came over to the window and I simply explained that I’ve never been charged before to substitute swiss. The manager made the correction, I paid, was given my sandwich and I left. Not once did anyone apologize for the inappropriate outburst towards me, the customer, who was just trying to explain that they rang the sandwich up wrong. I have NEVER been treated like this before at any restaurant and I will NEVER go back to the Dupont Rd Arby’s. Those two guys have no business working at a job where they have to interact with customers. Unbelievable.

Pretty much what all other reveiws said!!!! Took forever cuz they do one car at a time i guess and the food still cold and sucked and when we finally got to window with 8 cars behind us we saw 2 people leaning playing on there cell phone and other person licking there chubby little fingers having a snack!!! We drove thru on 12/27/2021 only reason i waited so long i thought i caught food poisoning but ended up having covid. No more Arby's for me
