Mcdonald's

So went to what use to be the place to go now I rather drive across town to avoid this McDonald's. The first cashier didn't even say a word had to ask for a receipt and then rolled her eyes... but thinking well maybe the food part will be better nope they didn't listen to the no ice request I made wouldn't fix it and when we checked our order was missing a big Mac when we had two orders of the number 1 like how so you mess that up. I hear these kids complaining wanting to to make 15 plus and hour but can't do a simple task right. Lost my business and I'm at cantaberry the drive will be worth my time.

The McDonald's that I went today was not good. I went to the one at St Joe Rs and Washington Center. I ordered 2 Happy Meals, 1 with a Cheeseburger and the other 6 McNuggets. Also a Daily Double with no Mayo and no onions. When I got home in the Happy Meals there was NO Cheeseburger, NO chicken McNuggets . So of course I have to go back !!! I tell them what happened and and 2 employees said ok we can get them Then I proceeded to wait about 10min, mind you they aren't busy and there is a manager (I think) who totally ignore me. Then a you g lady (employee)who was sitting in the lobby came up and ask me what I needed. So I told her and she went right over and gave me the Cheeseburger and chicken Nuggets. And all I got was I am so sorry. Which was nice of her to say. But where is the compensation for the wro g order for the time I wasted in having to teturn to there store. But here is the icing on the cake, when I finally get to eat my cold sandwich there are onions all over it . Don't expect me to return.

The drive thru is not always open in the mornings and half of the time they have some kind of computer issue where you can't use debit. Also if the automatic soda dispenser is working. The staff are to Lazy to get a cup and just fill it manually. So they will post a sign that says No fountain drinks. Then other times they will have the lights on and when you pull up they say that they are closed. It is very frustrating when you count on a restaurant to get your day started with a good meal and beverage. Instead now you have to go to work Hangry.

Consistently disappointed in this location. Has never been a time where I have gone and gotten the correct order. Workers are rude and work at their own pace. The most recent time I went, today, I ordered 2 Big Macs and checked the bag to make sure they were there, when I saw both boxes in the bag, I went home. Once I got home I realized BOTH Big Macs only had 1 burger patty each. Wish the workers cared a bit more. I will never return to this location again.

Had two qtr pounders it was hot and delicious.😎😁👍. Just had dinner here last nite...my girlfriend and I ordered quarter pounder and fish and large fries and everything was cold sandwiches and fries. We come here all the time this visit was terrible food was disgusting. 👎👎👎👎👎👎😞😞😞😞☹️😒☹️. Today is April 4 2022...This is my favorite McDonald's and they failed me today again. I sat in restaurant and my fries were cold and wrong sandwich. Man get it together. People most helpful tho. This McDonald's is steadily going down the crapper. I bought a qp and nuggets and both were cold. So disappointed.👎👎👎👎👎☹️☹️☹️☹️☹️
