This McDonalds makes their Frappes wayyyy better than the other locations I have been to in FW. When I pay for 3x the caramel and 2x shots of espresso I at least expect there to be drizzle on the cup and this location does NOT disappoint! (More than I can say about the Coliseum location.) So if you love your coffee I say go here for sure! Oh and they aren't usually as crowded as the other locations either :)

Don't bother doing mobile order. You'll wait well over 5 minutes for your order then when you try to go inside to actually get your order they'll tell you they're not open inside? Yet, the website says open at 5. Tried to get a refund on the site, kept giving me an error message. When I finally did get my food it was well over 15 minutes, was late to work. Wrong size drink food was cold and apparently the cook had just gotten there. Not my problem. Please contact me for a refund.

Food was good though I do enjoy salt on my hashbrowns
I ask for salt and pepper and though I was treated kindly the gal just said I have one pepper. I said there isn't any salt in the whole restaurant! She said ya in the basement. I was like really at 9 in the morning with no rush you could not have sent one person to fill salt and pepper. No they were to busy standing around talking about the rain coming down outside. Come on people!

My cheeseburger looked like a pancake, flat. Service was good. FF were good but I couldn't finish them & they don't reheat well. I loved the coke slush. My main reason I went was 2 try their new chocolate pretzel McFlurry, it was delicious. Overall I wasn't impressed.

It use to be a great breakfast before work and still make it in time for work restaurant. Not anymore. Sometimes they open Sometimes they don't. Also Sometimes I can only eat the egg on my sandwich because the toast and sausage are burnt so bad that it can not be eaten.

I would leave negative stars if possible.. I went to the drive thru on Washington ctr rd today.. I paid, pulled to the next window to be told "you'll have to pull ahead" very rudely no explanation, I pulled ahead wait over 10min here comes my food by a different person that just says "here ya go" then turns and walks off. When did customer service become so RUDE?? I've noticed that this seems to have became the standard in the food industry...

Worst McDonalds experience I've had. Order was missing food. Burger patties were undercooked, being cold and bright pink throughout. Fries were cold and partially frozen.

Stopped during the morning rush but the staff moved the line pretty quick. Order was right, food was hot and service was friendly.
