Dunkin'

Service has gone downhill fast within the last 3-6 months. I have always been happy with the quality of items and the service but lately the lines are extremely long and orders are not accurate most of the time. DD needs to get better organized and provide better training to staff! PLEASE get it together or else risk losing business!

I'm disappointed with this location. A lady and myself were standing outside the location, in the cold, waiting for staff to unlock the lobby doors. The sign on the door indicated it should've been open 15 minutes prior. I waved through the glass door to get someone's attention and a young lady working the register saw me, waved at me, and left the lady and myself outside. The manager has neglected to speak to me. I understand why there are so many disheartening reviews. Apparently, there is no accountability.

I ordered bacon and cheddar omelet bites, a large iced latte and munchkins this morning. The latte was good but they only had regular straws so I kept having to fish the straw out of the cup. The munchkins were stale. Last but not least, they were out of bacon and cheddar omelet bites and the staff insisted I replace them with another item instead of refunding me. Because I was in a hurry I replaced them with the veggie omelet bites....big mistake. I'm done with Dunkin!

This Dunkin “Accokeek Maryland “ is by far THE WORST LOCATION. I placed an order for a birthday cake. Went to pick it up and the people at the window were just like. We don’t have it. We didn’t make it. I don’t know what to tell you. Their telephone number is a magic jack number. That fact alone speaks for itself. This place should be shut DOWN. This location has a private owner no one seems to be able to get ahold of. Just unprofessional. Unacceptable and Ghetto.

Let me give honest review. I cannot say it’s worst, but it isn’t good enough for service which supposed to be. Food and drink are awesome but employees are kind of slow and no intensive to serve. Me and other 5 customers were waiting in lines, but employees seem not to pay attention to us. They work only for the drive through, and left us standing. Few employees were working there, push to one another. It surprised us when he said that another employee is the one who serve us, not him. Overall, I give 3 stars rating for this place it’s because of food and drinks, but not for customer service. Anyway, I’m still be your customer, and my review is just a suggestion for your service quality purpose.
