Such a nice surprise! In the basement of an old building, very nice ambience! The menu is 75% French :). The duck is phenomenal- I haven't had a duck meal this good in a long time!!, the pork tenderloin- oh, so tender... The chocolate mousse is to die for! Such a cute and artsy place and the noise level is to the minimum. We had a great server who was attentive and friendly. We were in for a business dinner. Great experience, totally recommend !

Wow! Totally surprised! We were visiting my daughter and came across 21 West End. Job well done! Atmosphere was quaint and romantic. We started with drinks which were great and had the Fonduta which was delicious. Followed by the Cesar salads; one of the best I’ve had. For our entrees, Chicken Oscar and Scallops and Risotto. Both equally excellent. Don’t skip the dinner bread with the honey butter. It won’t disappoint! So we come this far on the culinary journey so we had to try dessert. The apple tart was a great end to the dinner! I would differently come back to try some of the other items and the atmosphere!

Incredible food, incredible wine list, and incredible waiter! The ambiance was perfect, elegant and quiet. You couldn't ask for better anywhere for fine dining! Another wonderful bonus - there were no noisy children! We each had a different entree - Pork tenderloin, duck breast, and scallops and gnocci! All three were phenomenal! Each if us chose a different dessert - creme bruise, Apple tart, and a chocolate pudding! We could not decide which was better! Come hungry - you will not be disappointed! The owner, Kevin Dorey is an amazing host. Thank you to all for an incredible evening!

Chic and historic, warm ambiance, fresh food craftfully prepared. Delicious!! Never disappoints. I have been here many times and this will remain my favorite spot when I am in this area! Every single dish I have ever ordered is well balanced, perfect proportions, and delicious! I don't typically rave about food, but the chef here truly is exceptional! Every dish I have tried, and there have been many, was wonderful. How often can you say that about a restaurant? Just go here, you won't regret it!

Excellent! Menu was different than what I had seen on line.... Some of the same things, but not all. BUT... everything we ordered was delish,!!!! Ambiance was awesome.... We Really enjoyed the experience and would highly recommend it! If we are in or near Fort Smith again we will definitely return!!!!
