Yikes, the facility is in dire need of serious cleaning. The restrooms were especially nasty with no toilet paper. Even more surprising was that a small grease fire broke out and the manager was ill equipped to handle it. Staff had no idea of how to shut off the fryers, a very scary moment. I retreated to my vehicle to consume my purchase. The burgers were rubbery and tater tots soggy, and saturated with shredded cheese that appeared not to want to melt. The chili was devoid of any real taste, just a greasy goo of a meat sauce. The counter staff however was friendly and did their best to keep the patrons calm while looking for a solution to the mini grease fire. Krystal, get your people trained on emergency protocols and procedures. This could've been a seriously bad situation.

Told us when ordering that the milkshake machine was down only to see them making a milkshake for themselves when at the window waiting on our food. We were the only customers in line and they still forgot half of our order when we looked in the bag. Would have mentioned it, but we didn’t waste the time because they wouldn’t have cared anyways. And on top of that our food was not hot!

Just had the most awful experience in here. When we arrived he was watching the game so he was already huffing and puffing at the register. When we started to order i let him know that we want 24 Krystals and before i got the order finished he said "I'm going to tell you right now i wouldn't be ordering this much food. I would go to the grocery store" so we left. His attitude was horrible. Wont be coming back. 8:30 pm on Saturday. He wanted to watch basketball instead of doing his job.

Absolutely unacceptable service. We waited 45 minutes for 24 Krystals. We ordered our food to-go assuming it would be quicker than the drive thru. (Last time we went through the drive thru, it took forever and several items were missing or wrong.) This time, EVERYTHING in the bag was wrong. We didn't order cheese, but we got cheese on some and pickles on all. Everything was in the same style box. They were not steamed, nor were they even remotely warm. The bread was STALE. Do not waste your money here. Serious management issues need to be addressed.

I ordered some breakfast food, tots, and a breakfast sandwich. I went to pull the tots out of the bag, and grease just flowed from the box!🤨 It got on my hands, I placed the bag opposite me,(not on my clothes), and low and behold the whole bottom of the bag was full of grease!! And it got on my blouse! I was very displeased with this order, they usually do a good job of not having a lot of grease. Needs work 🙄

Horrible service and the worst meal I ever had. Staff was wearing pajama pants. My wife was left waiting and the first order wasn’t correct only to be giving cold food. If you don’t want to work there go somewhere else but don’t waste peoples earned money. We ended up having frozen pizza it was so bad

Went for lunch today and I'm from outta town and this was byfar the worse one I have been to staff was short and forgetting things in drive thru as well inside and it wasn't even busy frys and tots were cold and extremely salty staff was nice dryer in women bather didn't work that well had to keep pushing it Krystal burgers were good and the sweet tea and Dr pepper were go as well it was also only cool in the bathroom and only had one bathroom for men and women only had 2 screens on one was busted so not much to choose from unless u used the menu I wouldn't come back here and I'd give zero starts if I could
