I just wanted to take a moment to show my gratitude to the team that is working today. Overall this has been a great experience from the moment I step in the door. The team welcomed me when I walked in and I explained to them that I was about 40mins early for my mobile order. I didn’t realize I would be able to step away from work this early. I was hoping I could come in and order my meal that I already paid for. They simply asked for my name, and the gentleman cooking asked if I ordered “2 hot subs” I said yes, and he said “I got you boss” this was amazing bc I’ve been to other restaurants and if you order too soon, they won’t have it in their “system.” Overall well done. L

I love jersey mikes. It's a NYC deli style sandwich. Its a bit pricey but you get what you pay for and they are worth every penny. I am a rewards member and so should you. It doesn't cost you anything and you get points towards a free sandwich and you also get a free one on your birthday, really what is there not to like.

I went there a couple days after hurricane ian hit. The store was packed with customers and everyone seemed to be working hard. They did a great job of keeping the line moving. There was one guy in particular I think his name was Dominic. He kept all the team members going and was delegating very well. I was very impressed. If he isnt a manager he definitely should be.

The big kahuna cheese steak is phenomenal. Initially, I had ordered this for my husband but after sneaking a taste of his, we now both order this sandwich. The staff at this location also deserve an honorable mention. Evan and Ashley were exceptional with superior customer service. Thank you. Please consider opening a location in Cape Coral.
