Service did not pay attention to my Girlfriend order so that came out wrong . But you fixed it And the cubin I had was falling apart but it Was good I eat it all.

Me and my family love pollo tropical. This time, we had a little salty white rice, but it was replaced immediately with brown rice instead. Good and attentive service like always. 👍

I had the MOJO pulled pork, black beans, yellow rice, mac& cheese. Tropical chop grilled chicken, yellow rice with vegetables, bell peppers diced tomatoes, corn, avocado, and black beans. We enjoyed it and fried plantains.

The cashier was very pleasant. The workers preparing the food were a little rude. They didn't seem very "organized". The restaurant could've been cleaned a little better as well as the bathrooms. The food is NEVER as it is pictured in the commercials and ads which is a real shame. I'm Puerto Rican and I know how Spanish food should be prepared and presented to the customers. I hope you can do better next time...

Came here on Monday Labour Day 2022 with the family after day out on the town. Didn't expect much after the horrible experience at the Pollo Tropical in Sarasota. Well I gotta say the food was good and lots of it plus the staff was really friendly and helpful.

I recommend this location because it's located around a bunch of other different businesses & shops if you're looking to do something for the afternoon such as shop for clothing. The food is good in my opinion. I enjoy my visit everytime I visit this location.

The food was very good and priced good also The Pork over tostones was amaxing and so is the 1/2 chicken with vegetable yellow rice. They have a seasonal coconut eggnog pie or cake coquito and its rich but real yummy also. The guava BBQ sauce is delish as well as their cilantro garlic dressing and other sides. Service was friendly and everyone was hard at work.

Really good food. Bought the quesadilla wrap, fried yuca, and the original Cuban sandwich with yellow rice. It was all really good and my girlfriend and I have nothing to complain about.
