Buffet City

Update: my favorite buffet in Florida. Been here 10 times by now. In Fort Meyer for a business trip. Tried the buffet city and loved it. Food was good ! Great variety of Chinese and American food. Seafood, sushi, fried rice, salt and pepper shrimp (delicious), salad bar, and dessert bar is available. The waitresses could be nicer, otherwise everything is great. I went on a Sunday dinner buffet and the place jammed packed. There was a 15 min waiting period. It is worth $16.99 and the wait !

Yes I am rating this five. It's BUFFET IN FT. MYERS and the best buffet the area has to offer. It's NOT Vegas style. I went on Wednesday between Lunch and dinner at 3:30pm. Everything was freshly filled. Many choices to chose from. The SUSHI is buffet sushi and it's what you would expect from a place like this. It seemed much cleaner from my last visit which may have been a year ago. Atmosphere you ask? Mega tables, seats, and hot tables. If you are looking for a belly buster of Buffet quality food. You won't be let down.

This is the best self serve buffet in the county. Although quality isnt particularly super high, it is consistently good, edible, diverse and very satisfying. Refills take a while, you have to find one of the very few waitress for chopsticks instead of having them at the tabes or grabbing your own. Habachi is the star here.

Let me get straight to the point... hot meals 4.7 🌟, dessert 0.0 🌟 I'm not big on dining at buffet restaurants, but the family wanted me to check this place out. I will say, this place was busy! We waited about 15 min to be seated. Eva was our server and was friendly and attentive. To me, the highlight is the Hibachi station. Pick your own ingredients, choose what sauces for seasoning, and watch them cook your meal - you pick the portions, and they'll cook it. The hot foods were great and they offer plenty variety for the whole family. They do have a lot of fried foods though, which I couldn't really take advantage of since I don't eat much fried food. I did try a few fried items here and there to rate the taste - they do have flavor but not something I would sit down and enjoy. I was looking forward to the blue crabs, which people were waiting on because they were flying off the buffet line. However, they were fried, so I had to pass on it. Later I jumped to the dessert station which I saw something that looked like flan but as I got closer, it was Egg Tart. I will say, if you're a fan of Egg Tart, you'd probably enjoy it - for me, it was a hard pass. Other dessert options were dry, tasted old and just didn't finish the night well. I had to compensate with some fruits, like oranges, honeydew and pineapple. They weren't as sweet (ripe) as I was hoping for. They do have ice cream cups, candies, pudding and such for the kids (or big kids) but if you're not a sweets kind of person, then this won't phase you. I will advise you to be careful how you mix your food consumption. Later that night, I regretted trying out some of the fried stuff and my wife was regretting some of her mixed selections as well. Overall, for $17.49 per adult and alittle less for kids, it's a bargain, but just not a place I would frequent.

Almost everything is absolutely delicious. The variety can be almost overwhelming. The sushi is gorgeous and very appealing. The only problem is that a lot of the sushi is very spicy. I was tempted to remove a star due to this, but everything else is so absolutely perfect that I cannot under any circumstance give them less than five stars.

Came in about an hour and a half before closing so the food wasn’t so fresh but it was still good. The waitress (I didn’t get her name) was very funny and showed her actual personality, made the experience even better. There was so much variety in the food and my only complaint is that I couldn’t eat anymore! I loved the decor too.
