Do not pay at this place with a credit/debit card. I purchased a hot dog on July 4th and I received and extra charge for $100 dollars that the merchant has confirmed to my bank. I'll be contacting the FTC for fraud.

Walked in around 9PM on a friday night. Was paying at the cash register when I looked back and saw a massive rat running around on the floor. Told the manager of the 7-11, he looked at me, smiled, and just said “yeah.” Place is gross, cashiers are rude.

I used the ATM in the shop and the clerk refused to break a $20 bill for me. He seemed very annoyed when I asked and then said the cash register was closed. Would not recommend spending your money there.

My wife walked in to check winnings on scratch offs, clerk gave my wife a hard time about checking her tickets he eventually did it but was very rude.

I was buying a drink on a 2 for 1 deal. The cashier proceeded to scan the drink 3 times, so I would effectively pay full price for both of the drinks, hoping I would not notice. Always check your receipts at this 7-11.

I swear to God this happend..
I was getting hot water for my tea near the coffee maker(the red knob) and the Indian guys starts screaming that I cant get hot water.and pulls out a orange box cutter and says get away from the hot water and waving it up and around..I couldn't believe it.diddnt have time to call the cops. I swear I wouldn't go here for a million bucks.

Every time I visited, I haven't gotten a single hello, you are welcome (after my thank you), etc. But worst scenario that I ran into was, there was some change (just pennies) that I had to get back, but the dude didn't give them. I didn't care because it's just pennies, but come on man. lol 3 stars is pretty lenient for my experience and that's because it's like the only convenience store near my office. argh
