Dunkin'

I went to get coffee late at night. This was the only place open. I asked for an iced cappuccino... easy right? Wrong. I got a cup of milk!!!!! No coffee. Never visiting this location again. How do you give a customer a cup of milk????? I can’t believe I paid $12 for 2 cups of milk and 2 donuts but I was exhausted... never again. GET NEW MANAGEMENT!!!!

This is the worst Dunkin In the area. If I could give it zero stars I would. There is always a long long wait and most of the time your order is wrong. Just now I pulled around to pay and there was one car ahead of me waiting for their order and I waited 9 minutes. How complicated could their order have been?!!! AND THERE WERE LIKE 5 employees inside. They need to do something and make changes!

Came twice between 11pm-12am to pick up doordash orders. It seemed like they don’t know get the orders or dont bother with them because they had to get the items off of my phone. The second time, I gave my phone to the lady, showing the specific itemized order, and she still had a difficult time understanding how many items and what items I needed. Fire this lady and replace her with someone literate please. Very poor communication to the point where I cancelled the order because I didn't want to deal with the two buffoons that were there.

I have no idea wth is happening this place.. in-dining They r used to working quickly and nice .. But My last 3 visit was horrible including today. They take orders and wait until I mention my food not came, than give me wrong orders. Took me 20min to get my ice coffee and sandwich This place really need new management.
