Starbucks

Used to be good though now they’re terrible (for both services and quality of the items). My experience from last Saturday was more than disappointing. They made my app order wrong. I was in a rush + hesitant to ask them fix my order as none of them will greet nor make an eye contact. They seemed super busy and completely ignored me when I stood there trying to call out someone. As I said, I was in a hurry too so I had to leave with wrongly made drink. Up to that point, I can (try to) understand. When I got home, trying to open up the door, I realized they did not close the lid fully. My coffee spilled over my shirt and I was really upset at that point. At least I was wearing black clothings though. If I was wearing a white shirt, I would’ve had to trash that. So this visit reminded me why I stopped going this place for the past few months.. (the drink was.. not good either compared to other Starbucks around the area). I wish their service and quality of drinks to get better again.. like they used to be couple years ago :(

The drinks are fine (4 stars) but otherwise this store is a mess. They have so many orders waiting for pickup that eventually they just start pouring them out. I don’t know why somebody would order a drink online and then not pick it up, but it seems to be a recurring theme at this store. They need to figure out an alternate solution. Maybe give them away to patrons instead of tossing them down the drain.

This Starbucks seems to use discriminatory practices when serving Black American customers. I went to the store a few months ago, waited on line and noticed the server asking all of the other customers their names, but when I ordered, the server did not take my name. I thought that was rather odd but didn't think much of it. This however, led to my order being confused, causing me to have to wait longer than usual. Now, I wasn't going to write anything until the very same thing happened a friend of mine months later. Now, I'm sure this practice goes against Starbucks standards of business conduct, and they may not even be aware about the practices at this particular store. I just know, that I will never return to this store, and if you're Black American then you might want to avoid this store also.

Honestly ridiculous that a line has to form for the bathroom due to the 4 employees that want their own bathroom… if you keep up on the upkeep of the bathroom, the employees wouldn’t feel as if they need their own, n cause a problem, especially when they see a line n the other is not in use ….. do better !!!
