We lived in LA for 15 years. This place I would put up with the best places in southern California. Very good, should be rated 5 stars.

They never come and ask if everything is fine, which it usually isn't.....
Please bring me a straw with my water, and napkins, because Pho can sometimes be messy...
I usually get a dirty look when I don't tip, but it's difficult to tip when you don't do anything.
Also, your meat seems not to be first quality....
I do hope things change, so that I will better enjoy eating here...

I have been their customer since they open. Never see a $2.00 charge for Togo order until today. They should posted or let customer know about such fee before I will notify CA state board.

The food is magnificent here! But don't forget that the plates in Vietnamese restaurants are huge, otherwise you'll end up with to much of delicious food.
