This is by far the best SubWay in Florence.
I have ordered from here at least three times a month for around two years. I have never been disappointed and have used the online order and face to face.
The staff are always polite, patient, and is crazy speedy. Great team work!You cant expect perfection everytime but I honestly know that if I order from them it will be perfected, fresh, and precise. Great job guys!

Usually a great pickup option for us, but very disappointed today. Two of our four sandwiches were made incorrectly. Like, slathered in mayo instead of mustard. Since that person doesn’t eat mayo, had to scrap it off. Another sandwich was missing different toppings and vinegar, very dry. It also wasn’t even cut down the middle. I’m not sure what was going on today. We order once a week!

I found a cockroach in my to go bag!!! I couldn’t even eat the food I ordered. Don’t bother coming here unless you want to each cockroaches

I hadn't had a tuna sub in quite a while and it hit the spot! This is the best Subway in Florence! Staff is nice, line moves quickly and food is great.

Staff member (Asian) was very rude and obviously too ignorant to understand. He tried to insult my intelligence by telling me inaccurate information.I had to Google subway nutritional facts just to get him to understand. And even then he gave me attitude.I am asking everyone with food allergies and people of color to avoid this monstrosity.

Just went in yesterday and got a foot long ham and turkey and the new guy made mine. He was trying his hardest to get the last bit of mayo out of the bottle, all he had do was get a new one from the fridge, I don’t work there even I knew that lol. Maybe he’ll get better with time but good sandwich regardless. Although, my lettuce on my sub tasted like onions which I did not ask for onions. They need to do a better job of not letting the toppings mix with each other. Other than that it was a good sandwich.
