BAD BAD BAD!!!! Big fat manager guy is HORRIBLE. Probably can't read, cause he sure as hell can't get an order right. And that's only if they're actually open. Today they were closed at 2:45 in the afternoon.... what a joke! Management needs to be replaced and store restarted. My family and several other families have all agreed that we are not eating there anymore until they change.

Food is always cold. Several times I’ve been here and the person working in the drive thru says “sorry we’re closed” when it’s >2 hours before their close time. Interesting that they’re closed but the employee is still wearing their headset and paying attention to the drive thru.

In the last year this Taco Bell has gone way down I live just down the road and I go there quit often. And they have charge me for adding steak then not put the steak on my order. This has happened multiple times. Now I order the bacon chalupa clubs they seriously didn’t put any chicken on it just pretty much lettuce and sauce like WTH and the cheese roll up had about 12 pieces of shredded cheese. Vey disappointed would recommend going anywhere else

The hours at this location are different everyday. Some days it’s open till the time posted but most days it isn’t. Today they said they didn’t have beef and would be 30 minutes before they did. Seems like they should look into a new manager.

This location is terrible. They told us to wait at the drive thru menu order screen after we were done ordering, even though there was no one else in line. They said not to come up to the window until they tell us to (???). They also got our order incorrect. We have had multiple issues and will not be going back anymore. They must need new management or something.

Garbage. They decided to close 45 mins early but! after receiving my online order. When my husband arrived to collect our food he was told "well I guess you better figure out how to cancel it because we are closing"

Everytime I ordered a burrito , I never get what it comes with. I would like to know if your out of something when I order not when I get home. I really don't like surprise meals 🥺
