Starbucks

This is what they gave me there for $ 7.09. I never ,ever experienced worse service at a Starbucks . I am a Starbucks regular for years. Never has a location been so not worth my money as this particular one in Flemington,nj. I cannot express in words my anger at what I was given when i asked for a venti white chocolate mocha with a extra expresso shot and whip cream. The picture is as I got it . I drove away, sipping it , expecting whip only at first like I usually get when I order this particular drink this way, see , most locations in warren county I have visited do get the steps right and I enjoy not only paying for my order , but tipping good service, but anyway , as I sipped it I did not get any whip cream, only liquid that tasted, well , awful. I parked and took off the top and, well , let's just let the pictures speak for themselves. I'm so disappointed and disgusted at the low quality service and product at this location that not only will I never give them my money again or take a chance to go there no matter how much I want a latte, I also will tell anyone who inquires, to definitely not go to this Starbucks, go out of your way and go to another one or somewhere else before you even consider giving this place your money. You will regret it even if you go back and ask them to give you what you paid for, even then they cannot get it right. They do not deserve any one's business.

James K was so rude! He was so unhelpful and he cursed in front of customers which was so unprofessional. I also Heard him saying how he was trying to make this Starbucks unwelcoming which would eventually lead to Starbucks downfall???? This man just didn’t sound okay. I would Not recommend going here and i will also be calling corporate

I'm confused as to why this Starbucks location stops serving the dark roast coffee before 12:30PM on a Saturday, as per my experience this weekend. I ended up ordering a hot chocolate, and it tasted mostly of hot water. I usually have excellent experiences at this location, so I was surprised by this one encounter. *Update* I have been back to the Flemington Starbucks several times, and every time I order a hot latte or cappuccino, the cup is only 2/3rds of the way filled.

If I could give this store a 100 stars, I definitely would, all because of the amazing staff it has. Firstly, the slightly older lady who took my drive through order was so delightful and charming, it just made my otherwise crazy morning that much more brighter. And she was just this friendly with every other order she took. You, ma’am are my hero. Kindness and kind words go a long way. So, during me being all awe struck at her awesomeness and a super talkative kid at the back seat, I totally forgot to pick my latte at the drive through and drove past, parking at the lot to unwrap food for my kiddo. The staff who has handling the orders at drive through then runs across with my latte, spots my car and hands it off to me! Oh my goodness, these people!! Bless them with all my heart! These heroes must be applauded and appreciated. Thank you so much you both, for instilling something so simple yet so powerful in me and my kid. We will be sure to pass it on. I just wish I learnt both your names to remember.

They first made our drink incorrectly so my partner politely asked for it to be fixed. But after receiving the fixed drink we noticed it was filled to the brim with ice and it was only 70 percent full of liquid with the ice. We barely got any drink in our venti beverage that we paid over six dollars for. Even when they were fixing the drink, I could hear the staff talking rudely about my partner for asking for it to be fixed. Not to mention half of the staff had their masks pulled all the way down. I will not be returning to this location.
