Rudest workers ever! It's 5am no one goes and gets coffee and wants an attitude. Handed my card for payment and the lady said.... "fricken credit cards!" Like last time I checked Noone ever has cash on them anymore. And a card is cash! I always leave that drive thru in a terrible mood starting my day off. I give up going there!

To the owner of this franchise location: do yourself and your business a favor and fire the crew member that partially took my order #1053 at 2:43:58pm because she was extremely rude rushing me on my order when it wasn't busy at all. Uncalled for, very unprofessional, and I rather drive to another location than to deal with bad customer service. I have to say the young man there collecting payment is super nice and was the one who took the rest of my order.

Foods fine coffees fine just the staff is absolutely terrible, one of the employees makes it known that they hate their job and it makes the whole experience just bad. You go there in the morning to start you day and your greeted with attitude and just a mean demeanor, it kind of ruins your morning when it shouldn’t. I’m not saying people need to be all happy and energetic but a mean, rude, attitude tone right in the morning when it’s already rough that myself and others have to be up as early as 4 or 5 and get an attitude as your purchasing a coffee? Really. There’s just no need for it.

The Drive Thru has been terrible lately with orders getting mixed up. The staff gives you a hard time and makes faces when you point it out and ask them to fix it. I opted to go inside this trip and was greeted by a young woman who appeared pleasant. However, she never gave me my receipt and I had to ask another employee for it. It took longer than expected for two iced coffees & two egg&cheese wraps. The gal that took our order was telling the window person to make up their mind about whether they were doing drinks or food. After a few minutes she said drinks. This might explain those delays & wrong orders. You're taking your chances at this location and don't expect fast service.
