Zaxby's

I have never had a bad experrience at this store. Their staff is great - on par with chickFil A. Food is good- for a limited menu. (would love a fish option). My only complaint is they put everything in styrofoam so the fries are soggy by the time you get home . Also, I don't think they should charge for extra sauces - maybe not till after 2-3 per menu item. We got an 8piece and were only allowed 1 sauce for free. I've ended up at Zaxby's a couple times simolky because Wingstop was such a wreck, and it was great!

I recently dined at Zaxby's and wanted to share my thoughts on the food. The chicken fingers were quite tasty, but I did find them a bit on the salty side. However, what really stood out to me was the coleslaw. It's time to elevate the coleslaw recipe - instead of just cabbage bits and milk, a fresh and creamy coleslaw with the right blend of ingredients would be greatly appreciated. Overall, Zaxby's has potential, but a few adjustments could make the dining experience even better.

We stopped for dinner The restaurant was so cold in the dining room we had to go sit in the grass to eat our meals .Which 2 people got plates and the other 2 meals were put into to go boxes for some reason. we ordered for dine in. Ans the boxed meal sat on pass thru for a while when they were ready which made our fries not crispy.

We arrived at 10:35am, so we were there five minutes after Zaxbys opened. The young lady who took my order was very professional and kind. The food was fresh and good and I had to try the funnel cake baby...but the image is enlarged when you see it in the restaurant, because honey- in my mind- that thing was big enough to cover the entire plate... Not So! But now you know, so you won't be fooled; however, it was delicious non the less. My fries were perfectly seasoned and it was definitely worth stopping here to eat.
