Sunrise Cafe

Sunrise Cafe is amazing! My youngest daughter and I went there for the first time during some Daddy/Daughter time and had a great time. The food was excellent, and the staff were super friendly and helpful. We came a second time, this time with the wife and eldest daughter for a family breakfast, and everything was superb. We will be back again soon!

The place was crowded and loud. The loudness was due to one large group that couldn't control their unruly children. It was hilarious 😂 however, that's not the restaurant's fault. People. What are you gonna do? I ordered a breaded chicken salad that was tasty and filling, but not too much, with poppyseed vinaigrette dressing. House made and delicious. My other half had the Reubens sandwich on fresh house made marble rye. She ate it all. She got a house made pickle that she didn't share, so it must have been good. Then we saw they had fresh squeeze juices and added that to our bill. Finally, we decided to get chicken salad to go for sandwiches the next day. It was all delicious. Expensive in the end, but a lot of food.

I was greeted with a smiling face when I came through the door. I ordered the Combo 3 breakfast with 2 eggs, 2 sausage patties and 2 dry wheat toast and a glass of orange juice. The food was hot when it was served to me. The eggs were cooked perfectly, scrambled and not browned all over. The sausage patties had small but hard grissel nuggets in them. The strawberry preserves that was served with the toast was the best I’ve tasted in awhile. The place was clean and quiet. The waitress was very friendly. I like that a cook from the kitchen brought me my food. Excellent service!

We love Sunrise Cafe! My husband and I stopped in this past Sunday for brunch. I was so excited to try it and it definitely lived up to my expectations! My breakfast was good & I tried the chicken tenders despite my husband never wanting me to have a bite of his food. It was all so good! It was pretty busy when we were there, so we clearly aren’t the only ones who enjoy it! Our waitress was super kind & quick as well. It wasn’t overpriced brunch food. Worth the money spent. We will definitely be back!

Fuss-free and even though it was a tad busy we were promptly seated. It has quaint diner vibes. Waiter came over promptly to get our orders and the food came out quite quickly. The hash browns were more crispy than I’d have liked, but the eggs were great. Wasn’t a fan of the gravy either, but then again it has been a very long time since I had some.
