Coffee Amici

This coffee shop is interesting and not really what you'd expect from a cafe. The shop is essentially one big room and filled with restaurant tables which doesn't exactly invoke the "cozy" atmosphere that I've come to expect and love from local coffee shops. Now, I will say that this place was intended to be more than just a coffee shop. They offer smoothies, food and have some space for live music. So I'm willing to look past some atmospheric issues here. However, I can't say that I was very impressed with the staff. The young man who took our order was curt (not rude by any means) and just kind of felt like he didn't really want to be where he was at the time. The house coffee was okay. I paid a couple of bucks for a small cup, so I wasn't expecting anything that was going to blow my socks off and that's certainly not what I got. It just tasted like house coffee that has been sitting in a carafe for a little while. Overall, I can't say this place was awful, but it was nothing to write home about. It's interesting and plenty of people go in and out, so it must be enjoyed by the community. I'm just not sold on it myself.

Great drinks at decent prices, tasty snacks of variety, and an awesome staff. This is a very lively establishment in Downtown Findlay that showcases local talents with open mic nights on Friday and always has fundraisers/collection boxes to help with local charities. Coffee Amici is a must see in the heart of Findlay!

A nice quaint little shop. Has great atmosphere, employees r super friendly, and have a wide variety of drinks for everyone. My favorite drink here is the Hot Chocolate. Ur able to drink it right away cause it's not scalding hot. Has the perfect amount of chocolate and cream in it. I highly recommend this place.
