So I'm very well known for being very critical of business owners in the way they do business if you keep those I want to say that this Starbucks not just has been hiring the right staff but the way they treat their customers and courage repeat business making good coffee and all-around deal with problems without the dies of some of the structures that have evolved most of our online use in the last 3 years by far this Starbucks I give it the top of my Starbucks experiences anywhere every person that I doubt whether it's up for one has been awesome coffee 1 images hard morning. They were really busy but every person that I dealt with on any Google and I say that you are at Starbucks these days they're going far above and beyond to be humanly cordial and there's a reason why I Starbucks is so busy all right have a great day and thank you

As I walked in to the shop I was greeted with a smile and immediately ordered my Caramel Brule Coffee and Cranberry Bar. As I waited with vast space for social distancing I was able to look at their seasonal cups and other items which would be great for gifts! Their seasonal coffee flavors were enticing and the tea choices looked yummy. There were free used coffee grounds for gardeners as well as posters for ways to help support the community .
This is the first time I have been so disappointed in my purchases at Starbucks.
The coffee was a new flavor for me so I was excited but I knew right away it was lacking much warmth. I couldn't taste the "flavor" and it just wasn't sweet. Unfortunately I didn't like the Cranberry bar either. The icing was extremely thick and WAY too sweet while lacking flavor. Rather than being like a cream cheese base it was more like a cake icing. The cake itself was a bit dry and super dense like it was over baked, and since its served cold, seemed stale due to being so thin.

Nice people, the majority at least. But product wise. I HATE THAT THEY NEVER STIR COFFEE ENOUGH FOR THE SUGAR TO DISSOLVE. This issue has been causing lots of inconvenience for me which is the opposite of the concept of drive thru.

Usually I'll give a 4 or 5 star rating, but this Starbucks only has drive up now and they're very, very slow. Today 3-12 I waited over 15 mins in line. Plus the person at the window was rude about it. Waited 10 mins in line today. 3-3-22 Short staff? OK, I get it. But....instead of chatting with everyone in line, make up an order when there's people waiting. Blaine is open and much quicker on the orders. Plus Ferndale is always out of Nitro and cold brew. I also think they don't care about these reviews that I've read?
Supply shortage? I understand. Why can't they put a piece of black tape over the items that they're out of on the driveup menu? Instead of making me guess what they do have?

I love that starbucks is always consistent with their products, the staff is always friendly and they are pretty darn fast. I've been told by employees that the company treats their employees very well, which makes me want to support them back.
I love the Flat White with ristretto shots and whole milk; the spinach feta wrap and the impossible breakfast sandwich.

I've been to many Starbucks in my time and this location has been weighed and measured and been found wanting.
They moved slowly, and had two people on drive through that didn't have any cars and ha one person taking orders while another made the drinks. I was 3rd in line. All I went there for was to get a double shot can. The picture indicates their inventory or lack thereof. I went across the street to Walgreen's to get one. How are you not going to carry your own drink?
When I asked if they had any more.or if they carry it, I got some "I don't know answer but I'm going to act like I have a good answer" which has happened here before. This location is either neglected by corporate or they have too much of the small town vibe to understand urgency. I may change my review based in future visits, if they happen.

The local Ferndale Starbucks Crew is great. Friendly, personable and quick to get your order ready. As I was waiting for my order I noticed nearly a dozen people standing at the end of the counter. I didn't realize at first but they were waiting for online orders. On top of the drive through and in store customers these associates were keeping ahead of the online orders too. I definitely recommend supporting this location.
