Tim Hortons

I just got waited on. Bought a sandwich and wanted tomato soup, but you were out. (It's so tasty and a dreary rainy day today, so I'm not surprised.) At any rate...I got such fantastic service that I came right here to tell. The lady who waited on me was PERFECT. She was friendly and kind...and when I pulled around for my order she had a sample of the Spicy Thai soup that I ordered. She wanted to make sure I liked it before she rang me up. She even let me know it had a fish base. As an aunt to a nephew with fish allergies, I really appreciated her attention to detail! Seriously, how nice is that?! As far as the soup tastes...its great. Tim Hortons really does a nice job I wish I had gotten that gal's name. But whoever worked between 3:30 and 4 today...you are awesome! The company is lucky to have you.

In total disbelief of what just happened. You really take money for my order. With The exact same gloves you collected the money with you go in the whole container with the croissant grab it (now everything contaminated) and continue to make my food. Please honey no. Then as I say something about it you change gloves to try and give me the same food. It’s a whole virus that actually killing people going around. And you have the attitude. Management and staff needs a training course. Horrible service

The staff is very nice and friendly. Late night snack run and everyone had great energy. The manager that was on duty (Trey I believe) was beyond helpful. Love this tim Horton only one I go to. Did I mention the ice cream? Love it the butter pecan is the best with a brownie and a little caramel on top.

If I could less than 1 star I would. I come here a few times a month (because it’s the only drive through coffee shop on the way to work). Very rarely is my order correct. The staff is either extremely friendly or terribly rude and there is no in between. Today was my final breaking point. I ordered an iced coffee with 2 creams and 2 sugars (usually a carmel color and pretty sweet, this is my usual order everywhere). When I got my coffee it was almost white and I couldn’t even taste the coffee (also barely any sweetener). I asked her to dump some of it out and add more coffee because it was too creamy and she rolled her eyes and took it back. I also ordered a vanilla dipped donut for my daughter and a toasted bagel. The donut was clearly old- the frosting was disgusting and crumbly. I took a bite and imeditly put it back in the bag with my bagel that was barely warm, let alone toasted. This all happened on a Saturday morning around 7:30. I was the only car in the drive through and they were no cars in the lot. It’s not like they were busy and didn’t have time to make things correctly.

Ordered a medium caramel latte and timbits. Employees were just standing around talking to each other n took 5 mins to even acknowledge me. Finally got my drink and went to work down the street. Realized all they gave me was a cup of hot milk. It was literally pure white milk. Called to speak to a manager n i heard them saying "just say ur the manager and see what they want " then offered to replace it but said i had to come back tonight to get it even though they close before im off work. TERRIBLE
