Mel is top notch! I used to work here in high school and college, and to this day I still believe this the absolute cleanest, most efficient Subway there is. Anytime some produce came in that looked off (green tomatoes, for example) she wouldn't let us use them. Very particular about making the perfect sandwich and getting people through the line quickly! No other Subway comes close.

Our sweet onion chicken teriyaki sub came with ice cold chicken. The sub was supposed to be toasted but it was not even close. We had to completely rebuild our other sub s the toppings ordered were wrong. So not use the subway app and do not order online unless you want subpar food.

They always forget half of the things I ask for on my sandwich, there’s no pepperjack, no red onions, no tomatoes… the Leroy street one is way better AVOID THIS PLACE

I had ordered online and got it delivered. Both sandwiches were wrong. The bread was wrong, they added ham to one of them for some reason. Only one had mostly the right veggies and sauce on it. Not the best experience.

Just came through the drive thru, sandwich and pop was $15 with a tip. I wanted my sandwich toasted and when I got home to open it it was freezing cold, the chicken was freezing and the slices of extra cheese that I wanted (didn’t get) weren’t even melted. Who wants a freezing cold sandwich? They couldn’t have at least warmed up the chicken? I am sure any rational person would have thought of this making someone’s food, then they have the audacity to ask for a tip. Every time I come here this place is disappointing. Subway on Leroy is way better. Don’t recommend they should take this awful establishment out and replace with a better more deserving fast food. If these establishments paid more than bare minimum maybe employees would care a little more.

Super fast and friendly. I went threw the drive threw so I didn't catch his name but there were two men working later at night. Super friendly! Amazing experience. 👏

Long lines, not very friendly and got the wrong sub through the drive through, hope the person who got mine enjoyed it as much as I would have. Hopefully the next try goes much better everyone has a bad day!

Would give no stars if an option. Drive thru was the only thing open. Person working was very rude when taking order. I realize they are short staffed but they need to treat customers with respect if they want respect
