Starbucks

This location gave me a Frappuccino with a metal shaving in it that was likely from their machinery. I am fortunate to not have broken a tooth or had some sort of internal damage from consuming it. When I called the store to tell them so that they would not accidentally do the same to another customer, and I suggested twice they discontinue use of that machine, they offered to make me another Frappuccino. I am worried they kept using that broken machine that is shearing off metal. Customer service said there will be no response for up to 5 days. Don't order blended drinks here right now. They employees do not understand the safety concerns or implications. (No photo right now as the piece of metal and my drink are still in my car)

The barista made my drink wrong and continued to close the drive thru door in my face. After I received the drink it was STILL wrong so I asked if they could add some more vanilla, and the lady who made my drink said in quote “I did” with an attitude and rolled her eyes. Rudest and slowest Starbucks ever, if you didn’t want to deal with me, make the drink correct the first time.

The store isn't open to walk ups. Drive through only. Can't order through app. Truly magnificently stupid to cut off business to people without cars, as well as unfair and rude. Edit: wow I was really salty that day. You guys, if you're on foot just go to the target in the mall, they have a Starbucks.

I am always up for Starbucks coffee because everywhere I go it's always the same and very good. This Starbucks has a friendly staff that was very helpful. It's a small and very busy Starbucks and the seating is always packed and finding parking can be tough, but it's still always kept very clean. If you need a Starbucks coffee later in the evening this one is not a bad place to go if you can handle the lines here.

Emily, a white girl with pink hair, was very unfriendly, very rude and asked me to confirm three times, but ignored her words. And he didn't work and kept ignoring me. I am very annoyed and angry that coffee is very hot, but they do not give me a holder, which causes my hands to burn and interfere with my work So rude her !!!!
