The young employees were busy talking even though the one could see I walked in the door. I put my card into pay and walked away just for another employee to tell me I needed to pay, a problem with their tills that should have been addressed by the original employee. The older lady was nice. Food was decent, young staff just needs a little more training in customer service, nothing too big.

Just went to this Arby's at like 7:00 wasn't supposed to close for an hour. sat in the line for 20 minutes with no one talking to us and at 7:30 watch their entire staff walk out to go to a car... Doors were locked and we didn't get food would love it if like there was a way to contact management somebody should respond and let me know if there is.

Friendly enough, but terrible service. I ordered the smokehouse brisket meal. The sandwich was a mess with meat on top and side, cheese missing, and no sauce. I asked for curly fries with ranch dressing to dip them in, and the fries were half empty and didn't include any ranch. didn't get a receipt, didn't get napkins, and didn't get a straw for my drink which was the incorrect drink as well. This was the third time I've had terrible service and will not be going back again. Three strikes and Arby's is OUT!

Good service and the workers are nice. I got my order filled correctly and they are generous with their sauce packets. I think when I went, I saw 2 people working but they were really fast and got through the line that was in the drive thru quickly.

The line at the Arby’s in Auburn was all the way out to the street so I decided to go to the one in Federal Way to redeem my gyro coupon. I maximize my coupon so I ordered like 10 Greek gyros and when I got them through the drive-through‘s pretty quick and they were all made super great too..I know sometimes when they’re under pressure and busy they don’t come out the best but this Arby’s did not disappoint :-)

Tried the new Bacon Ranch Wagyu Burger but they were out of lettuce & tomato but it still tasted good. Would have been even better if it had the lettuce & tomato.

I did not appreciate being told I couldn't have something extra added to my drink because they didn't have a button for it on register. It's ONLY arbys in3 states so far that has denied this request.
Most just add it without charging, 1 place just charged like $.35.

Very nice staff but I live about 15 miles away from there, so I called to make sure they'd be open, when I got there it took a long time to take my order which really wasn't a big deal except for the fact that when I got home I didn't have the au ju sauce for my French Dip sandwich, which w/o the au ju sauce French dip isn't a French dip then they close super early so by the tune I realized that the sauce was missing they were closed.
