Just wanted to say thank you. I should have taken the names of your staff but they were very helpful when we had an embarrassing moment in the shop, when our young son pushed over our table and spilt our drinks. Staff were straight over to clear the mess, even though we offered. They also made us new drinks and food to replace the ruined food. Thank you for your professionalism.

Atmosphere is tainted by people being forced to get a drink first before using the toilet. Who's bright idea was that, you rush people to buy something you don't get the add-ons like cakes etc.

They ran out of cups so they gave me a bucket of coffee. I couldn't have been more pleased with this.
UPDATE: If you stay for too long, they hurl ingredients at you and coffee beans really hurt in case you were wondering.

Popped there to meet a friend for coffee. The server that greeted us was friendly and polite. It was close to closing time, but we managed to have our hot drinks without feeling rushed. Overall, it was a pleasant experience as is the norm with the Farnborough Gate crew. (Visited April 6th)

Visited mid-week around lunchtime and was served by a man whose name tag said George. There were 2 other employees stood having a chat while George seemed to be doing everything. Despite this he was polite, cheerful and chatty. Made my Costa experience 10 times better.

To be honest a normal Costa coffee. Clean, friendly and presentable. Soft music in the background setting a nice family atmosphere. A great placement as its in a retail park. Plenty of spaces for cars/motorbike + also has electric charging facilities for electric vehicles. Overall a good experience every time.

Big seating area inside and out. Toilet on site. Quite a big queue for both paying and getting coffee. New M&S food offering a good range of options for lunch

Really friendly and welcoming staff both times I have visited. I had the unfortunate event of leaving my wallet behind - the staff did everything to track me down and went above and beyond to make sure it was safe and that I could collect it the following day. Highly recommend stopping here for good coffee and friendly staff!

Clean establishment with friendly staff. Cakes are quite pricey as expected from this franchise. Nice comfy seating indoors with the option of sitting outside. The drive through option makes it attractive especially if you are pushed for time at lunch or break times. The only downfall is the limited parking availability if you want to stop and go in. I was fortunate to find some someone leaving, otherwise I'd have had to use the drugs through option.
