Mcdonald's

Ordered curbside and waited 20 minutes, the drive through was empty so I figured it might be easier for everyone to just drive up? Nope, the employee was rude and rolled her eyes when I tried to explain why I came up to her window. Thankfully the manager was friendly and understood when I explained I was just trying to be helpful, but I don't think I've ever had a worse experience getting fast food.

I expect my issues with McDonald's at this location to be solved probably within a couple weeks. This is a newly renovated McDonald's post-covid. When you walk in it is obvious that they do not want to have contact between a customer and an employee. In other words there is no one at the front desk. They have one register and then they have a few kiosks. interestingly, the kiosk that you first see works. The second kiosk says something about lack of social distancing therefore this kiosk doesn't work it's other side works which one would think defeats the purpose of the kiosks. The biggest problem with this place is they don't know how to operate currently I know this because the actual employee that gave me my food admitted to that she doesn't know what she's doing. The kiosk tells you to enter the code on a table placard and that the food would be delivered to your table. This is apparently has not been communicated to the employees who don't want to come into the dining room. I would recommend a field trip to Chick-fil-A where they could see how employees in the dining room greatly improve the experience. The other thing that bothered me about this location is is that this location is directly across from the Fargo dome and NDSU there is no localization of the decor this is a very modernistic simplified decoration. The other big thing is that they took out the Playland. The food was McDonald's standard, so my tummy is full. I was able to figure out that the food on the the tray was mine because they had successfully removed the cheese from my Big Mac and knew it

3 different days I went inside to order and no one helped me, so I left. Usually they're great. But this last time it wasn't busy and I even saw a guy standing around doing nothing, leaning on the wall in the kitchen area. I can give them a benefit of doubt. He could have been not clocked in yet or just getting off.

I ordered an Egg McMuffin lightly toasted...what I got was anything but. No egg, no cheese and no Canadian bacon! McDonald's really dropped the ball on this. They need to learn to focus on each order instead of rushing them. I understand that it's fast food, but at least have the decency to make sure the order is correct.
