Culver's

Ugh used to like this restaurant. Last four times I’ve been there though the shortest wait was 35 minutes. Longest was 48 minutes on curbside. Which wouldn’t be so bad a wait if the food was hot but only one of those times out of the four was the food actually hot. Like most fast food it’s really disgusting when it’s cold. And I’m not a fan of ice cream soup. Also I don’t feel that their staff really knows what they’re doing. They seem to run around a lot and end up at the wrong vehicle and then run back. Other location is significantly better and the employees more courteous.

Forgot half of our order spent $78 guy behind counter had no idea what to punch in for burger baskets. They forgot to bring out fries while we were there went to counter, boy forgot to do the order all together had to take our bag of fries to go in a big bag. Soda machines were broken. Didn't know how to substitute drinks for shakes/ mixers. Mixers were melted looked like shakes, wrong flavors given.

The place is super clean, everything edible there is amazing, and the best part is the staff, they are the friendliest people ever, i felt like they weren’t even workers and just nice strangers we walked past on the street like omg. Best fast food chicken, best fast food ice cream/blizzards, best fast food service, etc! i see why this is a midwest staple

Unbelievable glad multiple people who ordered after me gets their food first!!!! they charge for the extras then they don't put it on I asked for a hamburger with a gluten-free bun but yet put cheese on it and put a regular bun on it I'm pretty sure the allergens don't like that Never will be back, then the manager Jocelyn just made it 10 times worse

We love Culver's food but lately the service has been mediocre at best.(25th st restaurant) A while back I had went through the drive thru and the sticky note they have you put on the mirror had blown out of my hand. The associate saw it blow away and had said don't worry just pull up, they won't forget me. I was there over an hour by the time she came with my food and when I got home it was an entire different order. Today I ordered food at 753 and received food at 816. Two plain burgers and one no onion. I received 1 plain, 1 no mayo, and one regular. The family size cheesecurds were half the size that we normally get. It has been difficult to want to go back because we never know what mishap will be next and 25min to an hour is a long wait for pre-ordered fast food. My neighbor was up at culvers at the same time, he was in pjs and said he was there 45min before he went in upset. He received the wrong ice cream. I added that as he is a Culver's fan like us and is just as disappointed. I hope something can be fixed to bring Culver's back to our favorite drive thru!

Terrible service, waited 20 minutes to get my food. While the guy was coming he went up to multiple cars while carrying my shakes which had no lid on them while it's raining outside. Shakes were watered down by the time I had them and they forget my other burger. This place should just be dine in and not drive thru.
